We kindly ask that all appointments are cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled within 12 hours, a deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
