A one-on-one consultation with our certified specialist to: •Discuss your desired look and colours available (eyebrows, eyeliner, lips, or combination) •Assess facial features and skin type to recommend the best approach. •Explain the procedure, healing process, touch-ups, and aftercare. •Provide a personalized price estimate based on your goals. We kindly ask that all appointments are cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled within 12 hours, a deposit will be required to secure any future bookings. This policy helps us manage our time fairly and continue to offer the best service to all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
